 The current version of the Apple’s coveted operating system, the iOS 10 is eligible to run on the iPhone 5 and the higher models.  But for the iOS 11, the compatibility issue will not remain the same. The upcoming version of the operating system will be compatible with the iPhone 5S and the subsequent models. Even the iPhone 5C which was being released after the iPhone 5S, won’t support the iOS 11. As Apple is going to ditch the support for all the 32-bit apps, iPhoen 5C won’t be able to run the upcoming OS.
